Our last stop on the Sanctuary 2015 was to Rosa Robles Loreto, who has been in Sanctuary at Southside Presbyterian Church for almost seven months. To celebrate Christmas, we held a posada at West Kensington Ministry for Angela. A posada is an enactment of Mary and Joseph seeking refugee in Bethlehem and is a Latin American tradition. Member congregation Visitation BVM Parish led the beautiful posada with song, prayer, a pinata, food, and community!
