The summer 2015 retreat for the Pennsylvania driver’s licenses coalition (la Alianza) was our biggest yet! The retreat took place in York, Pennsylvania, and immigrant leaders from Philadelphia, York, Reading, Harrisburg, Chambersburg, Easton, and Lancaster were there to keep building relationships and developing strategy for the rest of 2016.
